Sartomer Company has implemented sales control on its Wingtack resins product line. According to Sartomer, the control is being implemented as a result of a number of events worldwide affecting the availability of C5 resin-making streams. Sartomer’s sales control will be based on each customer’s rate of purchase over the last six months, through April 2006. Customers are eligible to purchase up to 100% of their monthly orders made during that time. Wingtack resins, which are manufactured in Houston, TX, are used in a variety of pressure-sensitive and hot-melt applications.
